SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phospholipid derivatives of phosphonocarboxylic acids of the formula (I) where R1 means the group -(CH2)eCyc1 where -(CH2)e means direct or branched saturated alkylene chain where e = 4-16; R2 means direct saturated alkyl chain with 1-20 carbon atoms; R3 means H or direct alkyl chain with 1-6 carbon atoms; X means sulfur atom; Y means oxygen atom; Cycl means cyclic alkyl moiety with 5-7 carbon atoms or phenyl that can be mono- or multisubstituted with C1-C10-alkyl, C1-C10-alkoxy-group or halogen atom; m = 0, 1-3 under condition that R1 can mean R2 if R2 means simultaneously R1, and to their physiologically acceptable salts.
