Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	welding of plastic pipes, namely, devices for welding of pipes of infusible fluoroplastics. SUBSTANCE: device has detachable external annular heaters with locks and detachable sleeves and a bracket movable in the axial direction. The sleeves are made of heat-conducting material. The internal sleeve is made of composite metal with a lower coefficient of thermal expansion of the internal layer engageable with the surface of the internal heater. The sleeve is provided with slots informally arranged in circumference in the axial direction for increasing the diameter at heating. The external detachable annular heaters are spring-loaded in the radial direction acting on the external surface of plastic pipes at heating. EFFECT: reduced time of heating of pipes to be welded, reduced degree of crystallinity of weld zone in pipes of infusible fluoroplastic. 3 dwg
