Zusammenfassung:agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method deals with biologically active substances to obtain composition for higher seed germination values. Previously known chemical preparations such as "Krasnodar-1" and furolane used as plant growth regulators should be applied at weight ratio of components being 1: 5. When treating rice seeds before seeding with said preparation seed germination values refer to 92-95%, yield increasing is about 2.1 - 6.2 c/h (4.5 : 13/63%). When twice treated by the said preparation at early vegetation period sugar beet productivity has been increased. Thus, the latter is on an average 35.9 c/h during 2 years, sugar content in tubers is 14.8%, sugar yield is 5.25 t/h, high quality of purified juice is 91.4%. An optimal dose of 0.001% significantly increases sowing qualities in seeds of "Partizanka" winter wheat variety. It increases germination energy by 8%, seedling's height by 21.6%, seedling's weight by 38.5%, seedling's root length by 23.4% and their weight by 41.6%. Moreover, potential productivity of seedlings is 18.5% higher against a control.
