Zusammenfassung:textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming identical bobbins on warping machine and unwinding these bobbins on smoothing machine column at different angular speeds of warping shafts. Identical warping bobbins are formed by using general-purpose mathematical model of yarn winding process based on Archimedes' spiral used as approximating function. Winding density is varied in different layers in accordance with linearly diminishing law based on stepped interpolation. Mathematical model is adapted for designing winding parameters and values necessary for forced withdrawal of compacting shaft from winding body. Forced withdrawal of compacting shaft and arranging thereof in design position provide for producing of warping bobbins with equal current and final radii, equal number of revolutions of warping shaft and length of wound fibers. To improve precision of produced warping bobbins, winding radius backfeed is used allowing radius to be corrected in case winding radius deviates from design value. Unwinding of identical bobbins on smoothing machine at equal angular speeds of warping shafts provides for equal drawing of warp and simultaneous discharge during additional smoothing process. Method may be performed on wide and narrow looms. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of weaver's beam. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
