Zusammenfassung:special equipment, applicable for effective suppression of fragmentation and high-explosive effect of blasts occurring as a result of acts of terrorism. SUBSTANCE: the blast localizer has one or more vessels filled with dispersing agent, restricted by an elastic shell. The shell is made corrugated with folds uniformly distributed on its surface, the height of the corrugation fold makes up 0.5 to 5.0 of the shell thickness, and the corrugation bends are made smooth with a radius equal to 5 to 25 of the values of thickness of the localizer shell. Under the effect of the blast pressure in the localizer cavity the shell pressure in the localizer cavity the shell expands, the corrugation folds get straightened increasing the shell elasticity, slowing down the process of localizer destruction.
