SUBSTANCE: method is used in operation and repair of buildings and structures suffering wall temperature difference from minus 30 to plus 30 C and in recovery of operating characteristics of buildings including their heat insulating and anticorrosive ones. Method involves cleaning of outer wall surface of buildings and structures by mechanical methods: sand-blasting of wall surfaces or by cooling building surface with compressed air. Polyurethane foam layer is evaporated onto clean surface immediately after mechanical cleaning A:B proportion of ingredients being from 1:1 to 1:2; evaporation is made by means of small-size movable evaporating plant PENA; mentioned layer is foamed and hardened at temperature of 18-30 C in absence of surface moistening sources; layer thickness of polyurethane foam is 20-50 mm. Anticorrosive varnish layer is sprayed onto hardened polyurethane surface.
