SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes cleaning blanks, machining degreasing in acetone or in cleaning fluids dehydration in commercial alcohol, heating blanks in heat-treating furnace at temperature of 250 to 280 C for 1.5 to 2.0 hours for forming dense oxide film on surface followed by applying the protective coat and drying it.
