Multifunctional addition agent is prepared substantially from unsaturated hydrocarbon copolymers having specific weight of 0.7- 1.2 g/cubic cm and hydrocarbon solvent is activated diesel fuel treated by homogenation and separation in rotor- disc type vortex apparatus, surfactants being dissolved by multiple stirring in treated diesel fuel preheated to 30- 60 C in volumetric 1:1 to 1:5 ratio till homogeneous composition is formed. Addition agent reduced filtration and solidification temperatures of fuel diminishes smokiness thereof. EFFECT: improved properties of the addition agent. 3 cl
