Method of synthesis of derivatives of piperidinylmethyloxazolidine-2-one of the general formula (I) involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) where R1 is given above; Z1 means Cl, Br, J, OH-group, alkylsulfonyloxy-group with 1-6 carbon atoms in alkyl moiety, arylsulfonyloxy-group with 60 atoms in aryl moiety or other reactive functionally derivated OH-group with compound of the formula (III) where R2 is given above.
