SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of piperidinylmethyloxazolidine-2-one of the general formula (I) where each of R1 and R2 means independently unsubstituted or monosubstituted phenyl residues where OA, Hal, NH2, NHR3 can be as substitutes; R3 means -CO-alkyl where alkyl has 1-7 carbon atoms; A means C1-C6-alkyl; Hal means F, Cl, Br or J. Method of synthesis of derivatives of piperidinylmethyloxazolidine-2-one of the general formula (I) involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) where R1 is given above; Z1 means Cl, Br, J, OH-group, alkylsulfonyloxy-group with 1-6 carbon atoms in alkyl moiety, arylsulfonyloxy-group with 60 atoms in aryl moiety or other reactive functionally derivated OH-group with compound of the formula (III) where R2 is given above. Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical composition eliciting psychopharmacological effect and containing compound of the formula (I) and usual additions.
