The pick-up canvas is fastened on the upper side of the base. The base is made of two, spaced apart in height, closed in a ring, pneumatic shells and a pneumatic shell enveloping them. The enveloping shell is fastened with the shells closed in a ring. Belts with a low relative elongation are fastened uniformly in height on the lateral surface of the enveloping shell. The shells that are closed in a ring may be made of hermetically isolated sections. Interconnected pneumatic cylindrical shells converging to the center may be fastened on the upper, closed in a ring, shell, on the inner side. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in use. 3 cl, 2 dwg
