Zusammenfassung:production of chemical fibers, particularly, graphitization of carbon fibrous materials spun as filaments. SUBSTANCE: plant has unreeling unit including bobbin holder with braking device and feeding rollers, high-temperature furnace and filament accumulation unit provided with drive, pulling rollers and bobbin holder. Feeding rollers of unreeling unit have braking device with which one of feeding rollers is connected. Braking device of feeding rollers and bobbin holder of unreeling unit are regulated by electric motors installed for electric braking. Feeding rollers and bobbin holder of unreeling unit are connected with electric motors with the help of reducing gears. Units of unreeling and accumulation are mounted in sealed bodies. EFFECT: provision of constant strength parameters of carbon fibrous material over entire length during its thermomechanical treatment. 4 cl, 1 dwg
