It is achieved by immunizing recipients with antibodies against superficial antigens of BALB/c lymphocytes as transplant-host response targets. The antibodies are produced by immunizing intermediate recipient of the third haplotype with BALB/c lymphocytes, separated on immunosorbent prepared from the lymphocytes and immobilized on dialdehydecellulose for increasing immunogenicity.
