SUBSTANCE: invention relates to N-methyl-N-[(1S)-1-phenyl-2- ((3S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-yl)-ethyl]-2,2- diphenylacetamide that can be used in treatment of patients with intestine inflammatory diseases. Compounds is synthesized by interaction of 1-[(1S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-yl] -(2S)-2-methylamino-2- phenylethane solution cooled from -5 C to 10 C with diphenyl- -acetyl chloride in solvent in molar ratio of the parent reagent from 1:0.75 to 1:1.65, respectively, and in molar ratio of the parent reagents to solvent = (0.8-1.2):(0.9-1.3):(14-22). Crude product synthesized by this reaction is recrystallized in its warm state from solvent. Melting point of synthesized compound is 221-226 C.
