Zusammenfassung: | medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making right lobe resection from an alive relative donor. The own liver of the recipient is removed with a part of inferior vena cava in the area behind the liver retained. Exit portion of the right hepatic vein of the recipient is dissected downward together with the wall of inferior vena cava fragment in the area behind the liver. Opening is built as oval window which size along the longer axis is 1.5-2 times as long as the corresponding size of the exit portion of the right hepatic vein of the transplant. The exit portion of the right hepatic vein of the transplant is cut in longitudinal downward direction on the side adjacent to wound surface of the received transplant. Side-to side anastomosis is built between the right hepatic vein of the transplant and the inferior vena cava of the transplant. EFFECT: improved conditions of venous discharge. 5 dwg |
