SUBSTANCE: method includes production of aluminium alloy powder, addition of silicon powder into aluminium alloy powder, charging powder composition mixture into capsules, with subsequent vacuum degassing, sealing and hot moulding. Vacuum degassing of capsules filled with powder mixture is carried out in diffusion welding vacuum press at temperature lower by 60-100 C than solidus of lowest melting point eutectic of aluminium alloy. Sealing of capsules is carried out directly in press chamber, without changing parameters of vacuum and temperature, at specific pressure not lower than 150 MPa. Hot isostatic compaction is carried out in gasostat at pressure not lower than 800 atm temperature lower by 30-50 C than solidus temperature of aluminium alloy at holding during 2-4 h. Invention makes it possible to get material of homogeneous finely dispersed structure, higher processing plasticity, low linear expansion coefficient, improved dimensional stability and vacuum tightness and manufacturability. EFFECT: provision of ecologically clean material of high quality. 1 tbl, 3 ex
