Zusammenfassung:	meteorology. SUBSTANCE: fog dissipating apparatus has casing made in the form of two joined enclosures. Heat-exchanger is mounted on exhaust gas pipeline, in front of drying unit. Internal combustion chamber is equipped with recuperative heat-exchanger. Exhaust gas pipeline outlet end is connected to condensation chamber of drying unit. Refrigerating machine condenser is positioned downstream of air intaker in upper enclosure and upstream of discharge branch pipe in lower enclosure. Apparatus of such construction may be used for active action upon atmosphere to change weather conditions. EFFECT: increased efficiency in fog dissipation and effective employment of power consumed for dissipation process. 1 dwg
