Zusammenfassung:liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution in tank as measured to obtain vodka with the proof index 38%. Prepared an aqueous-spirituous liquid is fed into pressure tank from where an aqueous-spirituous solution is fed by gravity in filtration battery filled with activated carbon followed by feeding into finishing tank. Purified drinking water is heated preliminary to 30-35 C, ascorbic acid is dissolved in water, sugar is added as 65.8%-th sugar syrup, mixture is kept for 10-20 min and fed into finishing tank with vanillin simultaneously being the latter is dissolved preliminary in ethyl alcohol. Vodka with added components is stirred, its proof is controlled, corrected if necessary with water or ethyl alcohol and fed to bottling with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka "Vivat-Pobeda" has the following components, kg/1000 dal of ready product: sugar, 9.5-10.5; vanillin, 0.003-0.005; ascorbic acid, 0.13-0.16; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to obtain vodka with proof index 38%.
