SUBSTANCE: invention is designed predominantly for surveillance systems whose receiving screen reconstructs combined image that is made of enlarged section ( fragment ) as compared with initially presented image and the rest of it with permanent scale. TV camera solving this problem has first lens, first sensor of TV signal, former of signal of frame, beam splitter, second sensor of TV signal, positioning unit, synchronization pulse selector and commutator-mixer. Second sensor operates under condition of outside synchronization from first sensor.
