Zusammenfassung:	construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rigid body whose bottom is joined to external side walls through corrugation. Pile cap with grip made in the form of flexible casing enclosing crown of pile and joined to bottom by its lower part is installed inside body above hole in bottom. Butt-end of casing is fastened to perforated diaphragm fixed to body walls. Free space between casing and body and above diaphragm is filled with liquid through connecting pipe. Pulsed- discharge electrodes are introduced in body above perforated diaphragm. Shock-wave reflector is installed in upper part of body above liquid surface. Mentioned reflector is made in the form of air cushion between liquid and wall of body upper part or in the form of chamber separated from body space by flexible diaphragm and filled with sponge rubber. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of work due to increasing shock energy. 5 cl, 2 dwg
