SUBSTANCE: diethylhydroxyl amine is prepared by pyrolysis of N-triethylamine N-oxide at reduced pressure in the presence of heat carrier, pyrolysis process being carried out continuously in two steps addition to oxanol, heat carrier includes phenoxy ethanol, dibutyl phthalate or production waste, namely stillage waste of dimethyl diloxane production. In first step, heat carrier is mixed with original triethyl amine oxide at 1:0.5-5 ratio and partially pyrolyzed by feeding mixture at such rate so that it may be present in reaction zone for 15-48 minutes. Diethylhydroxyl amine in distillate, and unreacted triethyl amine oxide in stillage waste. In second step, the resulting stillage waste is mixed with subsequent portion of triethylamine oxide at the same ratio and is completely pyrolized by feeding mixture so than it may be present in reaction zone for 51-153 minutes.
