Zusammenfassung:	oil and fat industry; determination of content of phospholipids in any kind of vegetable oil (sunflower oil, soya oil, corn oil etc.). SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of sample of vegetable oil, plotting the standard curve and making the calculations according to definite formulae. After preparation of sample, magnitude of electric conductivity is determined at direct current and temperature of 20 to 40 C. Standard curve is plotted in the following coordinates: phospholipid content (%) - magnitude of electric conductivity (ohm (Om-1.m-11020)); calculations are made on basis of data of standard curve.
