Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:measurement of concentration of dispersed systems, test and regulation of concentration of ferromagnetic particles in liquid in process of manufacture of articles of ferromagnetic materials. SUBSTANCE: method refers to production of ferrite and magnetodielectric in chemical and some other industries. Method determining concentration of ferromagnetic particles in liquid includes placement of vessel with liquid into high-frequency electromagnetic field and permanent magnetic field and subsequent recording of change of parameters characterizing high-frequency radiation. Incident high-frequency radiation is linearly polarized, direction of vector of intensity of permanent magnetic field is aligned with direction of propagation of radiation into liquid. Length of path of radiation into liquid is measured. Concentration of ferromagnetic particles is found with stabilization of value of angle of turn of polarization plane with the aid of permanent magnetic field formed by magnetization solenoid. Intensity of permanent magnetic field is increased to boundary value H¯Ò- moment of change of polarization of output wave from linear to rotary one and magnetic susceptibility of ferromagnetic particles is found. Correction for change of magnetic susceptibility is introduced into subsequent measurements of concentration of ferromagnetic particles. EFFECT: enhanced precision of measurement of concentration. 1 dwg
