Method includes periodical measurement of engine operation mode transmitter signals, periodical measurement of signal from engine output parameter manual control device, calculation and forming of control signal by means of actuator with due account of correction depending on value of signal from manual control device. Actual value of signal from manual control device and range of tolerable values of signal from manual control device are set, and measured signal from manual control device is checked within the limits of set range. If signal value comes out of the set range, actual value of signal from manual control device is used for correcting control signal. EFFECT: improved reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
