Zusammenfassung:methods of preparation of surface of high0carbon wire before dry drawing with the use of phosphatization; metallurgy; mechanical engineering; manufacture of wire; calibrated metal and machine elements. SUBSTANCE: first, surface is subjected to cleaning for removal of remaining drawing lubricant and remaining phosphate in cleansing solution of the following composition, g/l: caustic soda MaOH, 20.0 to 50.0; sodium carbonate Na2CO3, 3.0 to 30.0; sodium silicate Na2SiO3x 9H2O, 1.0 to 15.0; organic complexion agent, 0 to 8.0; surfactant, 0 to 5.0 and water being remainder by drawing the wire through cleansing solution accompanied by mixing at temperature of 70 to 95 C continued for 10 to 30 s or by immersing at mixing continued for 2 to 15 min at temperature of 80 to 95 C. Activation of surface is performed in phosphatization activator solution on base of oxalic acid at concentration of 3.0 to 5.0 g/l at temperature of 20 to 45 C continued for 1 to 5 min by immersing the wire in activating solution or drawing it through solution at temperature of 20 to 45 C continued for 10 to 40 s. Then, wire is subjected to phosphatization in phosphatizing concentrate solution of the following composition, g/l: Zn+2, 8.0 to 35.0; phosphorous pentoxide P2O5 7,0-24,0,, 7.0 to 24.0; NO-3 ions, 20.0 to 63.0; Ni+2 ions, 0.05 to 1.0; Fe+3 ions, 0 to 0.3; F- ions, 0 to 2.0; water being remainder by immersing the wire in phosphotizing solution at temperature of 70 to 95 C continued for 3 to 20 min or by drawing the wire through phosphotizing solution at temperature of 70 to 95 C continued for 10 to 40 s. EFFECT: improved quality of wire; enhanced antifriction properties of phosphate coat and resistance of drawing tools. 2 cl, 7 dwg
