SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of introducing into hard alloy powder 2-2,5% of plasticizing agent; pressing plasticized powder to tile blank with density lower than designed density of pressed blank; transferring tile blank to cavity of press-mold; placing washer made of binder material between tile blanks; subjecting them to double-side pressing for making pressed blank.
