Zusammenfassung:manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binding agents and can be used in construction and operation of gas-mine pipelines and product pipelines, railways and highways, etc. Binding agent is prepared by mixing for 30 min composition containing 15% clay, 11% spent drilling mud, and 74% water. Agent is then sprayed onto surface of sand on the basis of 10-15 l/sq.m and thus firmed coating is dried during 4 days at temperature not below 20 C. To prevent access of water, coating is additionally sprinkled with mixture of oil wastes (0.5-0.6 l/sq.m) and heated to temperature above 60 C. EFFECT: increased stability of clay suspension and improved physico-mechanical properties of coating. 3 tbl
