SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of making cylinder-liner unit including making of blanks of cylinder block and liners, boring holes in cylinders for liners and fitting-in liners, layer of NiAlCr and Al2O3 composition, thickness 0.1-0.5 mm, with addition of 4-10% of Al2O3, is applied to outer surface of liners by plasma deposition method. EFFECT: provision of stability of heat transfer from liners to cylinder block, prevention of separation of liner.
