SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has cylinder block consisting of three cylinders 1, 2, 3 two of which (1 and 2) operate according to four-stroke cycle in which intake valves 4 and exhaust valves 5 and nozzles are installed. Piston 6 of second cylinder is installed with lag relative to piston of first cylinder. Piston 6 of third cylinder is connected through connecting rod 7 with crankshaft 8 of first and second cylinder and installed in antiphase. Third cylinder has intake valve 4 and exhaust valve 5. Exhaust valves 5 of first and second cylinders are connected with intake valve 4 of third cylinder through exhaust manifold 9. Exhaust ports 10 made in lower part of third cylinder open when piston approaches bottom dead center simultaneously with opening of exhaust valve 5 of third cylinder. EFFECT: improved efficiency of engine owing to reduction of expenses for evacuation of exhaust gases, reduced toxicity to exhaust gases. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
