Zusammenfassung: | metallurgy, particularly, production of sinter. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of atomized liquid fuel and part of blast air through lances with jet nozzles. Liquid fuel is used in form of water-coal fuel. In this case, combined supply of atomized liquid fuel and part of blast air is effected by counter jets through lances. Axes of lances are located in vertical planes parallel to one another and making angle with plane perpendicular to axis of sintering machine to ensure uniform heating of agglomerated charge surface over entire width of sintering belt. Remaining part of blast air is introduced through two other lances in flow directed toward adjacent lances supplying atomized liquid fuel and part of blast air. Blast air is heated to temperature of 150-300 C, and amount of air supplied together with water-coal fuel is maintained within 15-60% of total blast air introduced into ignition hearth. EFFECT: provided stable ignition of agglomerated charge over entire width of sintering belt at uniform temperature of flame in ignition hearth and economical effect due to replacement of fuel oil with water-coal fuel. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl |
