SUBSTANCE: Alcohol-water solution (assortment) is prepared by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" with corrected drinking water in mixer using countercurrent turbulent flow of alcohol and water currents until their complete dissolution. Assortment is treated on coal-treatment installation consisting of 3 column-type adsorbers, filtered and poured into adjustment tank, into which honey solution and "hop-honey" fragrant alcohol (0.9-1.5 l) are added. Honey solution is prepared by diluting 2.3-3.5 g of honey by water at 1:5 ratio, mixing, heating to reflux, filtration, and cooling. Simultaneously, 0.01 kg of hops and 0.8 kg of honey are mixed in corrected water at 1:1 ratio, mixture is heated and infused first in aqueous milieu, then in water-alcohol milieu, infusion is discharged and filtered. Filtrate is distilled with water-alcohol liquid to give "hop-honey" fragrant alcohol. Contents of adjustment tank are agitated, adjusted if necessary, filtered, and bottled. Commercial vodka is called "Nasha pobeda" (our victory). EFFECT: improved organoleptic characteristics (soft savory and saturated ethereal fragrance) and elevated concentration of biologically-active substances of hops and honey. 5 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex |
