Inhibitor component includes ground pyrolusite, talc or micaceous iron ore or mica, or mixture thereof, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: pyrolusite, 10-55; talc or micaceous iron ore, or mixture thereof in any ratio, 45-90. EFFECT: wider range of lowtoxic anticorrosion inhibitor pigment which have protective properties identical to those of chromate pigments. 1 tbl
