Zusammenfassung:	shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: propulsor has cylindrical housing with wheel mounted inside housing on drive shaft; housing is also provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes which deflect flow; their axes of turn coincide. Propulsor is mounted inside pylon (stabilizer) in area of inlet fairing and is provided with swivel damper located after cylindrical housing. When propulsor is in working position, inlet branch pipe is open and outlet branch pipe is turned relative to inlet branch pipe through 180 deg., thus ensuring closing of outlet hole. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
