SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes metal detector whose outlet is connected with logic unit, delay unit and connected in series actuator and electromagnetic separator. Apparatus includes in addition two RS-flip-flops, two AND-gates, NO-gate and second delay unit. Outlet of logic unit is connected with mutually connected S-input of first RS-flip-flop, inlet of NO-gate and first inlet of first AND-gate. Second input of first AND-gate is connected with inverting output of first RS-flip-flop; its output is connected through first delay unit with S-input of second RS-flip-flop whose output is connected with input of actuator. Output of NO-gate is connected with second input of second AND-gate whose first input is connected with non-inverting output of first RS-flip-flop and whose output through second delay unit is connected with mutually connected R-inputs of first and second flip-flops.
