Nutrient medium ensures to grow of epidemically significant strains pYV+ of pseudotuberculosis microorganism with different plasmid spectrum as colonies with diameter below 1.5 mm in 24 h of incubation at 28 C and 37 C and provides the growth of 5-6 colonies after plating 10 microbe cells.
