SUBSTANCE: gel contains lipid component in the form of phospholipid microcapsules, in which fat-soluble ingredients and colloid silver particles form their membranes and water-soluble ingredients fill internal space of capsules being distributed in gel matrix. Content of fat phase is reduced and concentration of alcohol is lowered to no more than 2- 3%. EFFECT: enlarged choice of nonallergic and non-irritating cosmetic agents.
