Zusammenfassung: | agriculture microbiology, molecular biology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants protection and offers entomopathogenic strain Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki IPM-46 that can be used for development of insecticide biopreparation. Strain is obtained by transfer of recombinant plasmid pTV241 carrying gene Cry3A of B. thuringiensis var. tenebrionis in cells of the strain Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki HD73 by electroporation method. New strain synthesizes two insecticide proteins: delta-endotoxin Cry3A and Cry1Ac showing activity with respect of insects of orders Coleoptera and Lepidoptera. This strain exhibits the following advantage as compared with the known ones: high insecticide activity (1.0 x 106 spores/ml) and broadened spectrum of insects exhibiting sensitivity to this strain. Except for representatives of order Lepiroptera with sensitivity to delta-endotoxin Cty1Ac, this spectrum involves Colorado potato beetle with sensitivity to delta-endotoxin as a representative of order Coleoptera. EFFECT: bacterial strain indicated above, enhanced effectiveness of insecticide effect. 1 tbl, 3 ex |
