SUBSTANCE: tubular hose made of fibrous material impregnated with binder and enclosed in flexible casing of polymeric material is introduced into pipeline through inlet well by turning it inside out and moving into pipeline in direction of outlet well. Tubular hose is stretched and pressed to internal surface of pipeline due to pressure created by inherent weight of flowing medium, and binder is hardened. Tubular hose turning inside out, moving into pipeline, its stretching and pressing to internal surface of pipeline are performed by changing the pressure created by inherent weight of flowing medium due to variation of its height h on pipeline length l between inlet and outlet wells, so that pressure lower than that in section a of pipeline located between end of preset section l-a and outlet well is created in pipeline preset section l-a.
