SUBSTANCE: drying and heat treatment of lumber are carried out with heat carrier resulting from combustion of gas. Heat carrier is fed into lower portion of chamber by 20-30 % greater than into upper portion. Drying is carried out in zones according to the following mode: in first zone (where temperature if 70+1.5 C, moisture content of material reaches 400-490 C, in second, third and fourth zones temperature rises linearly from 80 to 180 C till moisture content of material reaches 1-3%, and maintenance is carried out with heat carries at 240 C or higher for 7-9 min foam of 40-100 mcm in diameter is added foam compound in amount of 1.5-30% of volume of superthin fiber.
