Beam elongation mechanism is made in form of system of ropes laid inside beam. Operator securing units are located on opposite side from cargo securing unit relative to axis of rotation of swivel platform. One end of telescopic rod mounted on cargo securing unit is secured on clamping unit for telescopic beam cargoes and is provided with rod position stabilization mechanism. Additional cargo attachment mechanism is movably mounted on other end of rod.
