SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric motor has vibrator mounted in case and made in the form of flat flexible member shaped as polygonal frame that mounts piezoids and pushrods; spheroidal rotor contacting the pushrods; hold-down member that functions to press spheroidal rotor to vibrator pushrods. Flexible member is fixed in angle sections of frame. Central part of each side of frame mounts one pushrod. Hold-down member is, essentially, additional vibrator mounted in case for coming in sliding contact with spheroidal rotor. Vibrator frame may be made in the form of equilateral triangle ; piezoids are mounted in pairs on each side of frame and equally spaced from pushrods on both sides of flexible member, that is, each side of frame is, essentially, bimorph. In addition, additional vibrator is similar to main one. It is installed symmetrically to main vibrator so that surfaces of frames of main and additional vibrators are parallel. Spheroidal rotor may be made in the form of sphere or two parts of sphere joined together by means of stiff members with their axes of revolution coinciding, or in any other form.
