SUBSTANCE: heat-and-sound insulating panel has framework with its frame built up of wood side members and internal ribs, protective coats, external facing, and heat-insulation. Internal ribs are inclined through 35- 55 deg. to longitudinal axis of panel. Heat- insulation is made of flat foamed-gypsum polymeric inserts and filling or embedded porous insulation placed between mentioned inserts; the latter are mounted in pairs and parallel to each other and to frame surface between wood side members of frame and internal ribs. Ratio of density of foamed-gypsum polymeric compound to that of porous insulation is 1:10 to 1:38. External facing is made of shields built of planking joined together and to side members of frame by adhesive. Wood side members of frame and internal ribs are joined at points of intersection by metal clamps. Air gap may be formed between one of shields and foamed-gypsum polymeric inserts; protective coat placed between foamed-gypsum polymeric inserts and other shield may be made of vapor seal. One of shields on external side of panel may be covered in addition with protective or protective-decorative covering made of roll material, or metal tile, or siding, or undulator, or asbestos shingle.
