Zusammenfassung: | composites. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing catalysts, sorbents, and film heaters. Ball mill is filled with, wt parts: polyurethane rubber 100, graphite 100, carbon black 35, chloroparaffin 15, antimony trioxide 30, and ethyl acetate 80-100. Mixture is stirred to form homogeneous mass. The latter is placed in reactor, into which are then loaded, wt parts: ethyl acetate 20, finely broken up phenol-formaldehyde resin 50, and dicumyl peroxide 0.3. The total is stirred until resin is entirely dissolved. Thus obtained material is applied on polymer substrate at 80-100 C and then hardened for 10-15 min at 145-155 C. Material shows working reliability, temperature resistance when on electrically heated surface, and retains major geometric and physico-chemical characteristics.
