Zusammenfassung: | machine engineering, namely working surfaces by plastic deformation, possibly for strengthening them. SUBSTANCE: crater former includes housing in which working discs are arranged. Between working discs metallic deforming spheres are placed. Between said spheres there are separators in the form of non-metallic sleeves whose diameter is less than that of spheres. Crater former may also include porous bodies, each porous body is arranged in non-metallic sleeve; sleeves with diameter less than that of non- metallic sleeves, made of material more rigid than material of non-metallic sleeves and arranged inside each non-metallic sleeve. Porous bodies are arranged in sleeves with less diameter. Crater former also may have rigid bodies, each rigid body being in the form of ball is arranged in each non-metallic sleeve with possibility of free motion in said sleeve similarly to piston motion. Metallic deforming spheres form on surface of part impressions corresponding to spheres, their pitch corresponds to pitch of crater former. EFFECT: increased useful life period of tool due to prevention of mutual contact of metallic deforming spheres, possibility for adjusting pitch of craters. 5 cl, 8 dwg |
