Vertical screw fitted with locking member for keeping the screw from turning has length sufficient for motion of lug relative to lower half of outer stator part when screw is not fixed against turn; located horizontal in lower half of outer stator part across turbine shaft axis is screw which may be engageable with lower half of inner stator part during its motion towards shaft axis; locking member is located in upper half of outer stator part. Besides that, gaskets are laid between vertical screw and outer stator part under lugs to reduce contact pressure exerted on lower half of outer stator part from vertical screws. Detachable locking member many be made in form of faceted gasket fixed from rotation in slot of outer stator part. Vertical screw is provided with sealing member located on the outside of outer part and locking screw in direction from turbine axis.
