SUBSTANCE: universal automated complex includes rotary vertically arranged movable sections with rows of horizontally placed supports moving along their axes and having vacuum grippers in their ends; rotary strut movable along moving sections, having stoppers and number program control unit; robotized complex having industrial robot, transportation system and multifunctional head. Method for basing large-size contour-forming parts, working and assembling them comprises steps of determining designed data for successively mounting supports with vacuum grippers while using above mentioned strut driven by means of number program control of tour-forming part and working it with use robotized complex and multifunctional head. EFFECT: possibility for working and assembling contour-forming parts having different size and shape, reduced labor consumption, simplified design of automated complex. 2 cl, 2 dwg
