SUBSTANCE: proposed drier has gas-distributing grate which is inclined towards motion of material; one perforated of grate stage is deflected from vertical plane and other perforated side is deflected from horizontal plane oppositely to common inclination of gas- distributing grate; larger side is located in plane whose angle of inclination corresponds to angle of repose of dried material; perforations of gas-distributing grate have varying diameters; diameter of perforations of laser side of stage reduces in way of gas-directing pipe line located at the end of previous stage and diameter of perforations of larger side first reduces towards next gas-directing pipe laid in way of motion of material and then increases immediately before it, thus making the product move over gently sloping inclined trajectory at immediate surge before gas-directing pipe line at change to next section; recirculating loop is provided with calorifier and air ducts; drier is provided with elliptical guides located between air ducts to ensure preliminary heating of drier with heat of waste heat-transfer agent; cyclone is provided with down branch pipe whose lateral surface is perforated on side opposite to delivery of waste heat- transfer agent. EFFECT: reduced power requirements; reduced drying time; improved quality of finished product; recurred hydrodynamic resistance of drier. 5 dwg
