Flyweights hinge-mounted on shaft engage by projections with bushing installed for movement on shaft and engaging with one arm of lever. Other arm of lever is connected by tie-rod with carburetor throttle valve, and by load spring, with control handle. Relative positions of axes of lever and control handle, points of attachment of load spring on lever arm and on control handle and stop of control handle are selected so that, with control handle thrusting against stop, point of attachment of load spring on control handle should be between axis of control handle and its stop.
