Anchoring unit is positioned outside of case. Driving mechanism is located in axial conduit of anchoring unit. Driving mechanism includes core coupled to pusher calibrated by shearing member to form mobile stay. Set of levers is made fast to ring. Heads of levers are arranged at level of outer annular groove in case. Core and case are intercoupled telescopically. Fixing unit has fingered bushing with internal circular boss and embraces case. Boss enters proper groove in case. Set of spring-loaded grippers is installed in side windows of case. Sealing unit includes packer mounted on outside of fingered bushing, under ring of anchoring unit for interaction with grippers of fixing unit. EFFECT: improved structural reliability and operational efficiency of gear. 4 dwg
