Zusammenfassung: | electrodeposition of solid wear-resistant coatings, particularly, iron-phosphorus coatings for reconditioning and hardening of part surfaces. SUBSTANCE: deposition is carried out from electrolyte containing, g/l: ferrous chloride, 350-400; hydrochloric acid, 0.6-0.8; sodium hypophosphite, 2-12. Use is made of alternating asymmetric current with asymmetry coefficient of 1.2-6, cathode current density of 35-45 A/sq.dm, and electrolyte temperature of 30-50 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to produced coatings with high microhardness and wear resistance. 1 ex |
