Zusammenfassung:	chemical and metallurgical industries. SUBSTANCE: method comprises neutralization of sewage and adjustment of pH to 8-11, separation of the resulting residue, treatment with alkali metal carbonate of hydroxide, preparation of alkali metal metavanadate and deposition of polyvanadium acid therefrom with mineral acid; in this case during neutralization sewage is treated with alkali metal carbonate or hydroxide, the resulting residue is removed, and solution that remained after neutralization is concentrated by evaporation to weight fraction of vanadium peutoxide in evaporated solution to 1-6%; evaporated solution is crystallized and sodium sulfate crystals are separated from alkali metal metavanadate solution. Method makes it possible to completely utilize sewage to obtain useful products and to increase degree of recovery of vanadium from sewage. EFFECT: more efficient treatment method.
